We believe ordering should be an after thought, not a second job. Veterinarians went to school to work with animals, This is what they chose to do with their lives, and the more time they spend ordering, the less time they have to do what they really want. If you spend 30 mins ordering every day, and you can do the same thing in 10 mins on our system- that is 20 mins you have to check on your patients, to establish a relationship with your customers, or to spend with your family (Ordering is often done at the end of the day; the faster you are done, the faster you can go home). Time saved is money saved. We are dedicated to providing you with the fastest, easiest, most accessible way to order supplies online. No software to install, nothing to download and all you need is something with a web browser. You can use this on Windows, Mac, Linux, PDAs, Web enabled Cell Phones, PSP, Xbox360, and even the Nintendo Wii! The list will only grow as time goes on. No software to install means you get the latest updates as soon as they are available, and your order list is accessible from ANYWHERE. (Forgot to order before you left the store? Not a problem! Just go online and submit your cart.)

- Computers are there to help people, not replace them. Your orders go straight to your personal sales rep who cares about your business and knows what you need. It's just like calling or faxing in your order- but easier and faster. Can't find something fast enough? Just stick a note in the comments while ordering and your Customer Service Representative will see it and take care of it for you
- Extra features and reports are only nice if you are using them- They should be kept on subpages (like account information), and should never clutter up the normal ordering process.
- The product search will always be on the left sidebar, so you can quickly find information.
- We are here to make your life easier. If there is something you need, or something you think could be done better, please tell us! No- Seriously, we mean it- info@mynlsdirect.com (we consider it our job to make your life easier.)
- Functionality and accessibility before appearance. Basic Graphics. Pretty is nice, but if it takes 2 seconds longer to place an order that is 2 wasted seconds of your life. If it's amazing looking but you can't use it on your cell phone anymore or you have to upgrade your computer, it's no good.
- Compatibility with older computers is crucial. We realize you don't have the money to upgrade your computers every year or the time to upgrade software, but with us you will never have to! Find that old computer in your store room- if you can get on the Internet with it you can place an order. (we can recommend a fast, free, CD based web browser for most older computers that will start up your computer with just the stuff you need- avoiding the slow process of using Windows entirely. Had a virus? Hard drive crashed? Doesn't matter. Just put the CD in and use it to start your computer.)
